Exactly three years later, she was designated as Officer-in-charge, Director of the Regional Branch of NCMB in Davao.

“I am deeply grateful to GOD who gave me this privilege, this opportunity and the constant guidance that he provided me. I am beholden to the support and chances that the Board has provided me in my six years of serving this office and its clients. I appreciate the admirable performance that my staff has done throughout the years under my lead. Without your diligent efforts, I would hardly be considered for this position. I am thankful to the people who continuedly gave me encouragement and pushed me to be better, to be excellent and to lead. To you all, I express my heartfelt gratitude.” Reyes expressed.

“As a Director of NCMB, I will continually push for the unceasing improvement of labor management cooperation (LMC) to foster industrial peace. The Branch that I lead shall strive to impart the values and essence of LMC and Grievance Machinery to make every workplace a culture of healthy relationships and to serve as a secondary home to every employee. I shall maintain impartial action and judgement when handling cases while ensuring that every individual is not deprived of their basic rights. I shall endeavor to provide opportunities for learning and growth to my staff and colleagues so that they may serve the public better. Lastly, I will lead with excellence and integrity for the betterment of the Filipino people.” Reyes added when asked on how she envisions to lead.
