RCMBXI Talks on GAD at the Ateneo de Davao University


Davao City – “The Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch XI, was tapped by the Ateneo Human Resource Management Society (AHRMS) to talk on Gender and Development on July 26, 2019 at the Ateneo de Davao University”, OIC-Director Aerrine Marie Reyes announced today.


GAD Focal Sheila Rivera discussed about Gender and Development to 57 Human Resource Management students.

“It aims to foster linkages with external organizations to help student learn things outside the four corners of the classroom.  In this way, it will prepare members to develop and attain professional competence as they enter the business world”, Arman Miguel Jo V. Montero, President of AHRMS stated.

AHRMS is the official academic organization of Human Resource Management students of the Ateneo de Davao University.

This is also a continuous advocacy of the branch to link with different institutions to help disseminate the programs of NCMB namely Conciliation-mediation, Labor Management Cooperation (LMC) and Grievance Machinery (GM) and Voluntary Arbitration (VA) including other programs such as Single Entry Approach (SEnA) and Gender and Development (GAD).
