RCMBXI Celebrates 32nd Founding Anniversary and Holds

Awarding for Wellness Program


“The National Conciliation and Mediation Board, Regional Branch XI celebrated another year of existence by attending the Holy Mass on January 6, 2020 at San Pedro Church. This is in line with NCMB’s 32nd Founding anniversary,” OIC-Director Aerrine Marie R. Reyes announced today. 

This year’s theme:  “NCMB @ 32:  Patuloy sa Matapat, Mabilis at Malinis na Serbisyo Para sa Pang-Industriyang Kapayapaan” depicts the Board’s commitment in providing quality service to sustain industrial peace as stated by Executive Director IV Maria Teresita D. Lacsamana-Cancio.


The following day, the branch also conducted the awarding for its wellness program. There were three categories for the challenge namely the biggest loser, weight maintainer and biggest gainer.


OIC-Director Aerrine Marie R. Reyes was awarded as the winner for the biggest loser with a starting weight of 76.60 kgs. weighed on May 27, 2019 which went down to 65.7 kgs. on January 6, 2020 showing a remarkable 10.9 kgs-lose.  Con-med Oliver C. Jao who is now assigned in Region XIII, Caraga region was the 1st runner up followed by the new Con-med of Davao Region Rhium Truce Salvador, as the 2nd runner up.


Supervising LEO Nancy L. Lasquite was the winner for weight maintainer with a starting weight of 55.30 kgs. and maintained a weight of 55.75 kgs.  Virgilio A. Silmonet got the 1st runner up and Sheila A. Rivera got the 2nd runner up.


Lougelyn Deocareza was the winner for the biggest gainer with a starting weight of 42.15 kgs. and gained a weight of  2.25 kgs. for a total weight of 44.4 kgs.  Donald Orben Lictawa being the contender was awarded the first runner up.
