The Branch merrily welcomed the promotion of one of its staff, Mr. Gary B. Bonghanoy, who stepped up from Administrative Aide VI to Administrative Assistant (ADAS) III. 

Mr. Bonghanoy took his oath of office as ADAS III in the presence of NCMB XI Regional Branch Director Aerrine Marie R. Reyes and Administrative Division Head Jed A. Badilles last July 21, 2021.

The ADAS III position was previously held by Ms. Lougelyn G. Deocareza, who once faithfully served the Board for more than ten years. She transferred to the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board, under the Department of Labor and Employment, in Region XII last November 2020 to be physically closer to her family in Koronadal City.

Mr. Bonghanoy started his government service in this Board last July 7, 2020. He then served as the Budget-Officer Designate and Labor Information Officer-Designate. He was further designated as Information Technology Focal upon the transfer of Ms. Deocareza and served as the Records-Officer designate since January 2021. With the knowledge he gained on procurement from his previous employment, Mr. Bonghanoy also provided assistance to the Branch’s procurement of supplies and equipment.  Moreover, he has been designated as BAC Secretariat and alternate – Cashier of the Branch. He also assists the Technical unit in the conduct of seminars to companies as host and emcee in the program.

As a public servant, I shall endeavor to continue performing my job with honor and excellence.” stated Bonghanoy.

The previous position held by Mr. Bonghanoy, Administrative Aide VI, shall be opened for vacancy upon the validation of the Civil Service Commission of his qualifications.

Mr. Bonghanoy graduated from College Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines Mindanao with the degree BS Agribusiness Economics. He is also pursuing his Master in Development Administration at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP) since 2019.  Gary B. Bonghanoy
