NCMB-RBXI Celebrates 30th Founding Anniversary
In line with 30th year of NCMB, the branch XI under the leadership of OIC-Dir. Aerrine Marie R. Reyes celebrated the anniversary through thanksgiving mass and blessing on January 4, 2018 at the office located at AMQ Building, Quezon Boulevard, Brgy. 31-D, Davao City.
Father Mark Sagrado of Our Lady of Fatima Parish celebrated the mass at the Conference Room of the office. One of the very striking messages he shared during his homily was to know when is the right time to decide for work, for a particular action, or for personal decisions, etc… He said to use the formula RTC as our guide to decide. “RTC means right, true and correct. If these three elements are present, then decide. If it is right and true but it is not correct, then don’t decide. If it is true and correct but not right, then don’t decide. If it is right and correct but it is not the truth, then don’t decide,” said Fr. Sagrado.
“30 years in the service is not an ordinary length of time. You have done something to make this office last that long. I happened to pass by this place but I haven’t realized that there is such an office as National Conciliation and Mediation Board”, Fr. Sagrado also stated.
We really feel blessed. Fr. Sagrado was a good instrument by God for reminding us in our commitment with our work. That is, we as NCMB Personnel, in one way or another, have a mission to maintain industrial peace in our respective region.
The mass was then followed by the blessing for our office and the office vehicle.
After the blessing, NCMB-RBXI Personnel shared a salo-salo (lunch) together. Sheila A. Rivera, LIO-designate
